Agile employees allow your organization to anticipate changes without making large adjustments.

Working method

PiCompany has converted the theoretical concept of agility into a practical business application. Agility has been made tangible and measurable with Talent Match Agility. This test measures five different dimensions:

  • Innovate: can the participant think analytically and out of the box, and deal with complexity and ambiguity? Is the participant able to make new connections? Think beyond conventional solutions?
  • Change: is the employee good at undertaking new activities and seeking out unknown situations? Does the employee show curiosity when it comes to new experiences? Do they see opportunities to experiment and learn?
  • Connect: does the employee take an interest in the ideas of others? Does the employee strive to understand their colleagues, learn from them, and progress together?
  • Realize: does the employee always seek out the best way to achieve success in new situations?
  • Reflect: does the employee look at their own achievements, strengths and weaknesses critically? Do they strive to improve themselves and learn new things?

Employees complete the Talent Match Agility anytime anywhere. They can even complete the tests at home. Once the tests have been completed the report will be available immediately.

Results and reporting

After the tests have been completed, you immediately receive a short, interactive report with easy-to-understand infographics.

Support and certification

You can quickly and independently start using Talent Match Agility online. PiCompany supports you setting up the user-friendly Self Service Portal (SSP). With this portal, you can manage questionnaires for participants 24/7. Participants can fill in the tests and questionnaires online, anytime and wherever they want.

We will provide a digital manual for the SSP. If you have any further questions, please contact our service desk.

Certification is required for the interpretation and feedback of the Talent Match Agility results. PiCompany provides this certification training. Certification authorizes you to interpret the test results and to discuss the report with the participant. This way, you can then manage the test entirely in your own system.
