Reflector 360 analyzes the work behavior of your employees based on competencies such as customer orientation, leadership or entrepreneurship. With a questionnaire, your employee compares their own opinion on their work behavior with the opinions of others (managers, direct reports, colleagues and/or customers). This gives you a good understanding of your employee’s strengths and weaknesses.

You can quickly start working independently with Reflector 360. The Reflector 360 questionnaire is user-friendly and accessible online.
Your employees receive a questionnaire about competencies, preselected with you. Each competency can be investigated on four different levels. Five behavior indicators are measured for each competency. Your employees can complete this questionnaire at a time and location of their choice.
Following the test, a comprehensive report with notes is generated.

You can quickly start working independently online with Reflector 360. PiCompany supports you setting up the user-friendly Self Service Portal (SSP). With this portal, you can manage questionnaires for participants 24/7. Participants can fill in the tests and questionnaires online, anytime and wherever they want. Certification is required for the interpretation and feedback of the Reflector 360 results. PiCompany provides this certification training. Certification authorizes you to interpret the test results and to discuss the report with the participant. This way, you can then manage the test entirely in your own system.
