Leadership behavior reliably analyzed on the basis of leadership roles

Some employees within your organization naturally adopt a specific leadership role. Reflector 360 Leadership analyzes which leadership roles the employee demonstrates and those which they demonstrate to a lesser degree or do not demonstrate. By comparing the employee’s own opinion on their leadership behavior with the opinions of others, you get a good picture of their strengths and less-than-strong points.

How do you motivate someone to recognize various leadership roles and the development of leadership behavior? Do the managers in the MT complement each other adequately?

Reflector 360 Leadership gives you insight into the strong points and development points of your employees and managers with regard to the fulfillment of leadership roles. So that you as an organization can make the most effective use of the leadership potential of your employees.

Reflector 360 Leadership is a 360 degree feedback tool. In addition to feedback from the employee, Reflector 360 Leadership also gathers feedback from your employee’s environment, such as colleagues, direct reports and managers. This leads to insight into the leadership roles which your employee now fulfills.

In this way, you can coach your employee well in the fulfillment or improvement of leadership behavior.

Working method

The Reflector 360 questionnaire is user-friendly and accessible online. Your employees receive a questionnaire about definitive behavior linked to eight leadership roles. They can complete the questionnaire at a time and location of their choice.

Following the test, a comprehensive report with notes is generated.

Results and reporting

The report consists of:

  • A strength-weakness analysis of your employee in terms of behavior: An overview of the most developed and the least developed behaviors contributing to successful fulfillment of the eight leadership roles.
  • Development tips: concrete suggestions for how someone can develop the leadership behavior pertaining to a specific leadership role.
  • A leadership profile on the basis of the Quinn international values model.
Support and certification

You can get to work independently with Reflector 360 Leadership. PiCompany supports you setting up the user-friendly Self Service Portal (SSP). With this portal, you can manage questionnaires for participants 24/7. Participants can fill in the tests and questionnaires online, anytime and wherever they want. Certification training 

Certification is required for the interpretation and feedback of the Reflector 360 Leadership results. PiCompany provides this certification training. Certification authorizes you to interpret the test results and to discuss the report with the participant. This way, you can then manage the test entirely in your own system.
