With Career Scan you create a thorough and reliable career path. With this scan, you can model the promotion and outflow within your organization, where the development and talent of the employee come first. You can then develop the competencies required to achieve the new organizational strategy.  


In combination with a feedback interview, Career Scan gives you sufficient information for a responsible and appropriate career step for your employee, within or perhaps outside your own organization. 

Working method

Career Scan begins with your employee. The questionnaire establishes a link between personal behavior, competencies, qualities, career values and professional fields. Furthermore, Career Scan includes a unique check which demonstrates to what extent your employee has developed their strong and less strong sides in your organization. This takes place on the basis of a 360 degree feedback questionnaire. This questionnaire incorporates both job-specific competencies and competencies which suit the employee’s personality profile well or less well. 

Career Scan makes an analysis of the employee’s current career field and combines the results into career advice. In doing so, Career Scan provides your employee with insight into what they are good at and what they could be better at.  

This positive approach motivates them to seek out for themselves a role which better suits their ambitions and capacities, and which creates (even more) energy. Certification is required from PiCompany for feedback or the results of Career Scan. 

Results and reporting

Career Scan from PiCompany intelligently combines personality, work values and skills to create sound career advice for your employee. 
In particular for
 the management from work to work, you can incorporate Career Scan in a modular mobility program including workshops and individual professional support. 

Support and certification

You can quickly and independently start using Career Scan online. PiCompany supports you setting up the user-friendly Self Service Portal (SSP). With this portal, you can manage questionnaires for participants 24/7. Participants can fill in the tests and questionnaires online, anytime and wherever they want.

Certification training 
Certification is required for the interpretation and feedback of the Career Scan results. PiCompany provides this certification training. Certification authorizes you to interpret the test results and to discuss the report with the participant. This way, you can then manage the test entirely in your own system.

Following successful completion, you will be certified as a competent test user of Career Scan. This training can only be followed as an addition to the entire completed Performance Improvement Plan training.
