Following successful completion of this training, you will be certified as a competent test user for Connector Ability, Reflector Big Five Personality and Reflector Drives.
Afterward, you will learn to interpret these tools and return feedback to the participant. Talent Match truly brings added value to your HR department and organization, but only if you have these skills. It will also allow you to give test participants feedback to make the right career choices. PiCompany’s certification training courses also contribute to your further professional development.

To prepare for classroom training, you will complete the “Insight into cognition, personality and drives” eLearning module. Here, you will learn about the “iceberg model”—which PiCompany’s vision on the behavior of people illustrates—and PiCompany’s tools. You will also fill in Connector Ability, Reflector Big Five Personality and Reflector Drives yourself, carry out a number of practical assignments and certify yourself online for Connector Ability.
Time required: 4 hours
During the training on-location at PiCompany, you will, in particular, practice neutral and value-free interpreting and feedback of results from the reports. We practice using the personal reports that the participants themselves have filled in. You discuss the reports with the other participants using conversation models and supporting documents.
Time required: 6 hours
Between the training day and certification being awarded, you will be able to practice the feedback techniques further with a test subject. This will allow you to be better prepared for certification.
The actual certification for PiCompany’s tools takes place via an e-certification module. During this module, a fictional candidate will ask you thirteen questions about their own reports. To complete the task, you will have to record film clips in which you answer the questions. The trainer will then give you feedback on these answers
Time required: 2 hours
Once you have successfully completed the certification training, you will be permanently certified to interpret and return feedback on Talent Match and underlying reports to the participant. After three years, you will also have the right to attend an event for those with certification, and take part in a refresher workshop at PiCompany.
