Correct interpretation and feedback of Career Scan combination report

Following successful completion, you will be certified as a competent test user of Career Scan. This training can only be followed as an addition to the entire completed Performance Improvement Plan training.

What does this course offer? 
During our certification training, you will learn about the theoretical basis for Career Values, and how the Career Scan combination report is put together.

Afterward, you will learn to interpret the Career Scan combination report and return feedback to the participant. Career Scan truly brings added value to your HR department and organization, but only if you have these skills. It will also allow you to give the test participant feedback to make the right career choices.

PiCompany’s certification training courses also contribute to your further professional development.

For whom and when

With Career Scan you create a thorough and reliable career path. Are you carrying out the Career Scan test in the context of employee mobility or strategic personnel planning? Then take our certification training.

Study load

Preparation: approx. 1 hour
Training day including certification: 1 day

Training material

You will receive:

  • Two purchases of Career Scan (for the participant and one test person per participant);
  • Access to PiCompany’s digital training platform and the “Insight into Personality and Behavior” e-learning module.
Working method

In preparation for the classroom training, you fill in the Career Scan yourself.

Time required: 1 hour


During the training on-location at PiCompany, you will, in particular, practice neutral and value-free interpreting and feedback of results from the reports. We practice using the personal reports that the participants themselves have filled in. You discuss the reports with the other participants using conversation models and supporting documents.

In addition: certification

Certification will take place immediately after the course. This occurs on the basis of ten film clips, in which a fictional candidate asks you a number of questions about their own reports. Or, if there are more than three participants, with a course actor.

Time required: 1 day


Once you have successfully completed the certification training, you will be permanently certified to interpret, return the results of and provide feedback on the Career Scan and underlying reports directly to the participant. After three years, you will also have the right to attend an event for those with certification, and take part in a refresher workshop at PiCompany.
